The concept of Hisari Hill is based on creating a balanced residential environment that combines collective housing, individual family homes, and a commercial core within a cohesive urban structure. The development is organized across approximately 200,000 m² of collective residential buildings, 56 individual housing units, and a 16,000 m² commercial zone, forming a mixed-use neighborhood that supports both living and daily activity. The spatial layout emphasizes clear circulation, green connections, and a gradual transition in scale—from higher-density collective buildings to low-rise individual houses—ensuring privacy, comfort, and a strong sense of community. By integrating residential and commercial functions, the project aims to create a self-sustaining neighborhood that responds to contemporary urban living while maintaining architectural coherence and human-scale design.
