Designed in 2012 for the Municipality of Suharekë, the elderly care facility in Gjinoc was conceived in accordance with European standards for care, accessibility, and comfort. The architectural concept prioritizes human scale, clear circulation, and a calm, green environment, creating spaces that support dignity, safety, and daily social interaction for elderly residents. The building is organized around functional clarity and natural light, with accessible layouts, communal areas, and outdoor connections that enhance well-being and ease of movement. Integrated within its landscape, the project reflects a balanced approach between architectural form, function, and the specific needs of long-term care environments.
