The architectural concept follows a contemporary approach based on clear functional zoning and efficient spatial organization. The building massing is defined by simple geometry and controlled openings, optimized for natural daylight, visual orientation, and environmental response. Outdoor areas, including the swimming pool, are integrated as an extension of the main living spaces.
